New premises in Duxford

It’s exciting times at Cygnus Homes. We are continuing to expand and develop and have just signed a lease for our new premises in Duxford, where we will be based.

Set in the rolling Cambridgeshire countryside and with views directly over the Imperial War Museum site (Britain’s largest aviation museum) the site has easy access to the M11 and is within the forward-looking district of South Cambridgeshire Council, a vanguard authority on the development of custom build housing in the UK. The site has the facilities for demonstration homes, as well as office and showcase accommodation.

Roger Walker, CEO, said: “Having made the strategic decision to locate in the Greater Cambridgeshire area and into a business and educational environment of innovation and sustainability respected around the world, we are delighted to have secured the premises at Duxford. This move maintains the current programme to deliver our demonstration build in January 2017. We look forward to developing our operating capability through our current recruitment programme and to laying down our business roots in the area.”
