About Cygnus Homes

At Cygnus Homes we have developed a market leading energy efficient dwelling, the Cygnus E-Smart house which increases profitability for housing developers whilst reducing living costs for owners and tenants.

The Cygnus E-Smart house is built around the Cygnus E-Riser module, a unique services core combining innovative design and pending Patents. This is the catalyst for delivering the price and smart performance we achieve over the E-Smart house range.

The E-Riser Module positions all services in the same place every time for every house type, delivers consistent air sealing, plug and play internal services distribution and intelligent whole house controls, all executed to high tolerances without specialist skills being required on site.

In using state of the art manufacturing and innovative design based around the best available equipment, the Cygnus Home’s E Smart house is over 100 % more energy efficient and significantly more cost efficient than standard new dwellings, whilst still adhering to all building regulations regarding build quality and mortgage suitability.

The E-Smart house is endorsed and supported by leading component and systems manufacturers.

It comes with Building Regulation approval, commissioned and tested and with mortgage recognised warranties as standard.

Time from procurement to completion on site can be as little as 10 weeks which creates major savings for any developer.

For developers, our houses offer enhanced cost competitiveness, better and quicker compliance with technical requirements, and significantly reduced working capital requirements through the short lead times from order to revenue-generating occupation.

The E-Smart house product range is available for sale in the UK to any organisation or company involved in the building or development of houses.
